Daniel Weir

My passion for health and fitness comes from youth football. Competitive sports have always been a part of my life. I was fortunate to play college baseball while studying exercise science/health promotion. After school, I shared my passion with the senior population being a Wellness Coordinator and Fitness Director. I am now the Head Coach at Krave Gym, coaching Athletes in strength and conditioning and nutrition. Battle bunker 2023 was my first fitness competition. It has lead me to begin training as a hybrid athlete. Since then, I’ve started competing in DEKA events, half marathon, and trail obstacle courses.
